It depends on the size your car takes, and we confirm the exact price before we come. That price includes the battery, delivery, fitting, a load test of the battery and the alternator, and disposal of the old unit — there is no separate call-out fee.
The cheapest unit we will put our warranty on. It is flooded lead-acid, made in Imported, and carries 12 months warranty. Tell us the make, model and year on the phone and we will say plainly whether it fits — and which of the other brands we carry would, if it does not.
About 20–30 minutes on average. Vans are based in Discovery Gardens, so a call from inside the community is usually the quickest job we do. Nearby areas like JLT, Dubai Marina or Dubai Investments Park can take longer at peak traffic — we tell you the real number when you call.
It depends on the size and type of battery your car takes — a small car's flooded battery costs less than a European stop-start AGM. We confirm the exact price for your car before we come, and that price includes the battery, delivery, fitting, a load test and disposal of the old unit.
No. There is no call-out fee, no night surcharge and no weekend surcharge. The price is the same at 2am on a Friday as it is on a Tuesday afternoon.
The load test tells us. If it is the alternator, the starter or a parasitic drain, we say so — and if the battery does not need replacing, we do not sell you one. Recovery to a garage is available if you need it.

Typically 18–30 months. Gulf heat is the reason: under-bonnet temperatures near 70°C in summer boil off electrolyte and corrode the plates, so a battery rated for five years in Europe rarely sees three summers here.
